Betty White made a surprise appearance at the end of Community this week. But even so, the highlight of this well-crafted episode goes to a group of extras [UPDATE: Abed and extras]. During the oil wrestling match between Britta and Annie, the camera turns to Shirley. Behind Shirley there is movement in a car in the parking lot. It is a birthing scene. Taking place right there in the community college's parking lot. The camera turns away before you can really believe what you think you just saw. But, at the end of the episode, the new mom and dad are cradling the newborn in their arms behind Jeff, Troy and Pierce.
How amazing!
UPDATE: Turns out there were earlier parts of this storyline that I missed. Check it out for yourself. Pay attention to what's going on in the background. It'll blow your mind!
